Recipe: Baked Bison Meatballs
Mouthwatering Bison Meatballs can be a meal on their own or added to any pasta dish, make meatball sandwiches... Yum!

Bison meat is more flavorful than beef, in our opinion, so you don’t need a lot of additions for these bison meatballs. You definitely don’t need fillers like bread crumbs!
You can make a batch of baked bison meatballs ahead of time to add to your meals during the week, or double the recipe and freeze some for the future. Then, reheat by simmering in sauce, or baking from frozen in the oven.
Ingredients
1 pound ground bison
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
