Bison Chuck Roast


Our boneless chuck roast is the classic “Sunday Dinner” roast but don't wait for Sunday to cook it - every day is a great day for some shredded bison sandwiches or sliced up on a bed of rice! Cut from the shoulder of the bison, its best flavor is brought out when braised or slow-cooked.


Each roast is approximately 2 lbs.
