Bison Rump Roast
Rich in flavor as long as you cook it properly... Two words: LOW and SLOW! These roasts are the perfect cut of meat to put in a slow cooker and make a pot roast dinner. You can also oven roast them or braise them for good results. Even smoking them can yield an absolutely delicious meal.
Each roast is approximately 2 - 2.5 lbs.
