Bison Soup Bones
Make your own amazing stew and/or bone broth with our pasture raised, grass finished bison soup bones. These bones are so meaty that you can make bison soup, stew or just the broth and use the meat for another dish. This super healthy broth will be a staple for those cool days when a only a warm bowl of soup will do.
We recommend cooking in a crock pot. Place the meaty bones in the crock pot add about 4 to 6 cups of water and your choice of seasoning. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours and the meat will just fall off the bone. Add carrots and potatoes at about the 6 hour mark for a tasty stew.
Each package contains approximately 2.5 - 3 lbs. of bones.
