Our products
Our bison meat is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished fed on lush pastures in Montana, Idaho and Oregon.  We do not use hormones, steroids or pesticides and we do not grain feed. We humanely harvest our animals which are then USDA processed and packaged.
 
Ground Bison – approx. 90% lean – each package is 1 lb. of premium goodness.
Roasts – our juicy roasts include Rump Roast, Cross Rib Roast, Bottom Round, Eye of Round, Chuck Roast – roasts range from 1.8 to 2.5 lbs each
Premium Steaks – our delicious steaks include Filet Mignon (Tenderloin), Ribeye, New York, Top Sirloin – each package contains 2 steaks
