Neck bones have a strong meaty flavor similar to oxtails or short ribs.  Although a tough cut of meat, they become a fall-off-the-bone tender shred in a crock pot for 6 - 8 hours.

Neck bones can be added to soups or stews for extra flavor, used to make broth or stock, or cooked with gravy for a comforting meal served over rice.


Each Package is about 1.5 - 2 lbs.
