At Wild Oasis Bison, our commitment is to provide you with top-quality bison meat promptly and in impeccable condition. Each of our bison products undergoes individual vacuum-sealing and freezing before being meticulously packed within insulated shipping containers. These containers are meticulously prepared with dry ice and ice packs, guaranteeing the preservation of freshness during transportation across the United States. We've partnered with FedEx to ensure the reliable delivery of your order, with tracking information conveniently sent to your email. To maintain peak freshness, we recommend being available to receive your order upon its arrival. 

Shipping rates are based on quantity and location, and all orders are shipped via FedEx.

Orders are typically shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. After you receive the notification that your bison meat order has been shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 1-3 business days.

If you receive your package and find that the meat is thawed but still cold, it can safely be refrozen, provided the package remains unbroken.

Policy for Unsuccessful Shipments and Refunds: In the event that a shipment arrives later than expected, causing the bison meat to thaw and become warm, you may request a refund or replacement if the issue is attributed to our error or that of our carrier. To initiate this process, kindly capture photographs of the matter and return the product to us within a 3-day period. However, if the failed shipment results from an error on the part of the purchaser or recipient (e.g., incomplete or incorrect address, recipient not present, special shipping requests, refused deliveries, or incidents occurring post-delivery), such as theft, spoilage, or damage, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
