Bison Veggie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions:


  1. Cook Bison:
